About Me

As someone that has always enjoyed playing sport and taking part in new activities, I find that I get the most enjoyment from being able to perform at a high level, regardless of the sport.

Golf has also been the same for me in this respect, and is probably the sport that has posed the greatest challenge in achieving this level.

This book is about my journey to playing good golf and how I managed to put it all together after many years of learning from tour Pros, coaches, reading books by golf Pros and sports psychologist, as well as watching many different instructional videos.

Like many people, I found that learning from all these different sources, they each gave me a valuable piece to the puzzle that is the golf swing and playing the game. However, on their own, they were just one small piece and more was required to put it all together.

For the average golfer, it is too easy to fall into the trap of trying out a new tip that you saw online or heard from a friend. These sometimes work and last for a day or so, before you end up losing it and start searching again in an desperate attempt to find the right key for your swing.

I had been through this same process many times, and after researching about the way the body and mind work, I was able to finally put it all together and start playing good golf.

This book isn’t about teaching a specific swing technique, as there are many ways to perform a golf swing, and an endless supply of people to teach them. My aim with this book is to help you learn to find your own natural swing with a simple method of learning to feel the swing and the way your mind and body wants to naturally perform it.

You can use this information to help make better gains with the swing technique you are working or either by yourself or with a coach, or you can do like I did and start fresh and build your own natural swing and allow it to come to you.

It was through creating this process for myself that I finally achieved the level of consistent golf that I knew I was capable of, and shooting the scores I knew I should be achieving.

I hope that the information in my book will help other golfers improve their game and get to the level they want to achieve.
